First Community Title is a title insurance company that works as an intermediary through all forms of real estate acquisition transactions. Our home offices and plant are located in Temple, Belton, Salado, Harker Heights and Gatesville. We offer clients a complete line of title insurance products and services to protect their interest in the investment. Our company is licensed in Bell, Coryell, and Williamson counties.

Role Description

The Business Development Representative is responsible for building and maintaining relationships with clients and community partners while supporting the company's marketing efforts. This role includes business development, event coordination, social media management, and creating marketing materials using Canva. The ideal candidate is outgoing, organized, creative, and passionate about delivering exceptional client experiences.

Qualifications

• Experience in inside sales, lead generation, and communication
• Sales and Business Development skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team
• Experience coordinating events or marketing initiatives
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects
• Self-motivated, professional, and detail-oriented
• Knowledge of real estate transactions and/or title insurance is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or experience in a related field

Relevant skills and qualifications include proficiency in Microsoft Office

The ideal candidate should also have strong organizational and time management skills, excellent interpersonal skills, and a willingness to learn and adapt to new situations.
