If you sell ERP or MIS in the DACH region, you already know how to sell complex solutions to Tier 1 vendors and those who matter. You know which one turns up in almost every competitive process. You know the one whose install base is so deep that half your pitch is a rip-and-replace argument.

They are the dominant player in their segment globally - in some areas holding over half the market. 30+ years in the industry. 620+ customers worldwide, around $80m in revenue, 400+ people across ten offices in North America, EMEA, APAC and LATAM.

And in DACH, they are looking to build market share. It's the region with the most ground to make up.

You would be selling the strongest product position in the market into the region where it has the least penetration, which is now the focus.

WHAT'S CHANGING

A new executive leadership team has come in to rebuild the commercial organisation. The product portfolio - historically several separate ERP systems - is being consolidated onto a single unified platform, and the commercial model is moving toward SaaS.

THE ROLE

Own DACH. New business first, expansion into the installed base second. Full cycle - prospect, qualify, discover, build the value case, negotiate, close. Owners, Geschaeftsfuehrer, operations and finance leaders at mid-market and enterprise converters. Italy available as an additional market.

WHAT YOU NEED

• Fluent German. Business-level English.
• You currently sell, or recently sold, ERP / MIS / MES / workflow software into packaging, print, corrugated or label converters
• Full-cycle ownership - you run your own deals end to end
• A view on why deals in this market are won and lost, and the evidence to back it
