About the Role

We are seeking a New York-based Business Development Manager with strong experience in the jewelry, fashion accessories, or luxury industry.

The role will focus on developing the North American market, building relationships with jewelry brands and designers, and coordinating client projects with Yibi’s product development and manufacturing teams in China.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities with jewelry and fashion accessory brands.
• Build long-term relationships with brands, designers, and industry partners.
• Present Yibi’s jewelry development and manufacturing capabilities.
• Manage client inquiries, commercial discussions, and project follow-up.
• Coordinate communication between North American clients and China-based teams.
• Monitor market trends and represent Yibi at relevant industry events.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of business development experience in jewelry, fashion accessories, or luxury.
• Strong knowledge of the North American jewelry market.
• Proven experience in client development and relationship management.
• Experience with jewelry manufacturing or OEM/ODM is preferred.
• Excellent English communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate with international teams.
