Role Description The Business Development Specialist is a full-time hybrid role based in New Delhi, with flexibility for partial work-from-home. This role is responsible for identifying and qualifying new business opportunities, conducting market research, and developing lead generation strategies to grow the client base for Workx Middle East. Day-to-day activities include building and maintaining relationships with prospects and existing clients, coordinating with internal teams to tailor HR solutions, and preparing proposals and presentations that align with client needs. The specialist will track and report on sales metrics, support customer service follow-ups, and contribute to marketing initiatives and campaigns that promote the company’s training and consulting offerings.
Qualifications
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret market data and business performance indicators.
- Excellent communication skills, including professional verbal and written interaction with clients and internal stakeholders.
- Demonstrated experience in lead generation and prospecting within B2B or professional services environments.
- Proficiency in market research, competitor analysis, and identifying emerging business opportunities.
- Customer service skills with a focus on building long-term client relationships and ensuring client satisfaction.
- Proven ability to meet sales or business development targets and work with CRM or sales tracking tools.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, HR, or a related field; relevant certifications in sales or business development are an advantage.
- Familiarity with HR services or consulting, and experience in Middle East or India markets, is beneficial.
- Capacity to work both independently and collaboratively in a hybrid environment, managing time and priorities effectively.
