Business Development Manager – Central Ohio Territory

We're hiring a Business Development Manager to drive growth across our Central Ohio territory. This role is ideal for a motivated sales professional with a proven track record in B2B business development, new client acquisition, and relationship building.

Responsibilities

• Generate new business through prospecting, networking, and outreach
• Build and manage a strong sales pipeline
• Conduct client meetings and deliver value-driven presentations
• Develop and execute territory sales strategies
• Negotiate and close new business opportunities
• Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure an exceptional customer experience

Qualifications:

• Proven success in B2B sales/business development
• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
• Logistics, transportation, or supply chain experience preferred
• Self-motivated, results-driven, and willing to travel
• Bachelor's degree preferred
