Deine Aufgaben

Du verwandelst qualifizierte Termine in unterschriebene Verträge. Der Sales Manager bringt dich an den Tisch — was danach passiert, ist deins: Demo, Deal, Umsatz.

• Du führst überzeugende Produktdemos, die aus Interesse echten Bedarf machen.
• Du übernimmst Bedarfsermittlung, Beratung und Business-Case-Entwicklung.
• Du erstellst Angebote, verhandelst und schließt ab.
• Du bringst Verträge zum Abschluss und übergibst strukturiert an Onboarding & Customer Success.
• Du arbeitest mit dem Sales Manager - New Business zusammen und verbesserst so die Pipelinequalität.
• Du führst Forecast und Pipeline so, dass man sich darauf verlassen kann.

Dein Profil

• Eine von zwei Grundlagen bringst du sicher mit: entweder einen salesgetriebenen Hospitality-Hintergrund mit praktischer Erfahrung mit den Systemen der Hotellerie (PMS, CRM, Buchungs- und Event-Tools), oder einen Vertriebshintergrund im Enterprise-SaaS. Das Idealprofil vereint beides: Vertrieb in einem Hospitality-Tech-Unternehmen.
• Starke Demo-, Beratungs- und Closing-Kompetenz mit klarer Abschlussorientierung.
• Verhandlungssicherheit und ruhige Souveränität im Abschluss.
• Technisches Verständnis für SaaS-Lösungen.
• Analytisches Denken, Zahlenaffinität und hoher Qualitätsanspruch in Forecast und CRM.
• Sehr gutes Deutsch und Englisch.

Großer Pluspunkt: Erfahrung mit komplexeren B2B-Deals oder Gruppenhotels. Bestehendes Netzwerk in der DACH-Hotellerie.

1. Intro interview — we get to know each other, and you learn where we stand and where we are heading.
2. Case study or technical study, depending on the role — a real problem from our day-to-day that we work through together.
3. Interview with your future manager and, depending on the position, with our founders.
