New Business Manager (m/f/d) – Hunter

To strengthen our team at NAUE, we are looking for consulting engineers and technicians with expertise in geosynthetics (m/f). With the help of NAUE’s solutions and services, you will gradually build new contacts and customer relationships.

Your tasks and responsibilities

• Marketing our products and services
• Acquiring new customers and decision-makers (engineering firms, etc.)
• Providing technical advice to construction companies and / or public institutions on the selection and use of our geosynthetics (for theInfrastructure and sectors)
• Ensuring communication between the customer and our internal team at NAUE
• Maintaining an ongoing relationship with the customer
• Playing a key role in generating new revenue that leads to long-term relationships
• Preparing regular reports on developments and forecasts

Your Profile

• Degree in Civil Engineering or Industrial Engineering
• Experience in business management, sales management, can be an advantage
• Fluency in Romanian; a second language (English) is mandatory
• Proficiency in customer management tools
• Willingness to travel for several days at a time
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, ability to build relationships with professionals at all hierarchical levels
• Ability to work in a team
• Strong organizational skills
• Problem-solving and negotiation skills
