Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Business Development Manager based in the San Francisco Bay Area. The Manager will work closely with internal teams and clients, fostering strong relationships to identify new business opportunities. Responsibilities include developing and implementing strategic plans for business growth, building client pipelines, managing client negotiations, and meeting sales targets. The role requires engaging with stakeholders across different markets to expand Flipspaces’ offerings and influence in the real estate and design industry.

Qualifications
- Proven expertise in Sales, Business Development, and Relationship Building
- Strong skills in Market Research, Strategic Planning, and Forecasting
- Experience with Client Negotiation, Pitching, and Closing Deals
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
- Familiarity with the real estate or design industry is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
