An exciting opportunity with a leading UAE-based Real Estate Developer for a dynamic professional passionate about international business development and strategic partnerships.

Location: Dubai, UAE

Salary: AED 10,000 – 15,000 per month (Negotiable)

Local UAE candidates with valid UAE work authorization are highly preferred.

What You'll Be Doing

• Drive international business growth by expanding and strengthening the global real estate broker network.
• Build and manage strategic partnerships with leading brokerage firms across the UAE and international markets.
• Lead broker empanelment initiatives with top-tier UAE real estate developers.
• Identify and secure high-value business opportunities while nurturing long-term stakeholder relationships.

What We're Looking For

✔ 4–5 years of real estate experience in your home country.

✔ Minimum 3 years of UAE real estate experience with reputed developers or brokerage firms.

✔ Demonstrated success in broker empanelment with leading UAE developers.

✔ Well-established network within the UAE real estate brokerage ecosystem.

✔ Fluent in English, Turkish, and Arabic is a strong advantage.
