George Thomas is retained on behalf of a private equity backed cosmetic packaging company seeking an experienced and commercially driven Business Development Director to lead new business growth across the DACH region.

This is a high-impact opportunity within a growing organisation and will play a pivotal role in shaping the company’s long-term commercial strategy. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying and securing new business opportunities, building trusted customer relationships, and driving revenue growth across the region.

This position is based in Germany and offers significant scope for progression, with the opportunity to help establish and eventually grow a team across the DACH region and wider mainland Europe.

Skills and Experience Required

• Strong background in business development or sales
• Cosmetic packaging or related industry experience
• Good knowledge of the DACH market
• Proven ability to win new business
• Strong commercial and communication skills
• German and English preferred
