Lead Generation Specialist

Experience Requirement:

• 5+ years of relevant job-related experience, preferably in business development within professional services or supply chain industries.
• Demonstrated ability to generate leads for new client business
• Demonstrated ability to communicate clearly and professionally with stakeholders at various levels, including senior leadership.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Familiarity with warehouse, and manufacturing operations and systems a plus.

Education Requirement:

• Bachelor’s Degree

Computer Skills:

• Proficiency in MS Excel, MS WORD, and MS PowerPoint
• Tactical application of AI tools for general research and strategic prospect selection
• Experience with Deltek Vantagepoint a plus
• Working knowledge of database tools or visualization software is a plus

Key Responsibilities:

• Generating interest with new client prospects
• Scheduling a conversation, preferably face to face, with the prospect and one of our subject matter expert directors
• Build and maintain strong, long-term network relationships.
• Prepare reports and updates on account status and performance.
• Partner with Business Development to explore new opportunities
• Attend conferences and trade shows as required.

Work Environment:

Primarily a controlled home office environment with visits to client sites. Client sites could consist of offices, warehouse/distribution operations, manufacturing operations, conference centers and conditions may vary. Overnight travel could be required via various modes of transportation, including automobiles, planes, and buses.

Physical Demands:

This role is primary a remote office position with travel to client sites. Client sites could consist of warehouse/distribution operations, manufacturing operations, and conditions may vary. Projects may entail lifting materials up to 25 pounds.

Travel Requirements:

Travel may be extensive at times and less extensive at other times depending on conference schedules. Travel may be local car travel, regional train travel, or domestic or international Air travel.
