An international leader in the energy sector is seeking an experienced Hydrogen Offtake & Structuring Manager to play a key role in shaping the future of Europe's hydrogen market.

This is a unique opportunity to join a commercially focused team responsible for originating, structuring and executing complex hydrogen transactions while working at the forefront of the energy transition. The successful candidate will engage with industrial customers, infrastructure partners and internal stakeholders to develop innovative commercial solutions across the hydrogen value chain.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify, originate and secure long-term hydrogen offtake opportunities with industrial customers.
• Develop and execute commercial strategies for hydrogen sales and market expansion.
• Structure and negotiate complex commercial agreements, including hydrogen sales, storage and transportation arrangements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver integrated commercial solutions across energy and infrastructure projects.
• Lead commercial negotiations with customers and external counterparties.
• Optimise commercial value across hydrogen sourcing, trading and portfolio activities.
• Build and maintain long-term strategic customer relationships while identifying new business opportunities.
• Monitor market developments, regulatory changes and emerging trends within the hydrogen sector.

Requirements

• Proven experience negotiating complex long-term commercial agreements within the hydrogen, gas or LNG sectors.
• Strong commercial origination, business development or structuring background.
• Experience managing negotiations with multiple internal and external stakeholders.
• Excellent understanding of commercial contracting, risk allocation and transaction execution.
• Knowledge of hydrogen, gas transportation or broader energy markets would be highly advantageous.
• Fluent in English and German.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
