🚀 HELP US LAUNCH THEIA JOBS IN SOUTH FLORIDA

THEIA JOBS is hiring its first South Florida Account Executive, a true ground-floor sales role for someone who wants more than a script and a quota. You'll help us open our very first go-to-market territory, working directly with our founder to build a book of business from scratch.

At the center of the platform is ISA, our AI Interview Agent, which conducts structured screening interviews with 100% of applicants and delivers ranked lists and competency scorecards straight to recruiting teams.

The results speak for themselves: 32,000+ AI interviews completed, 500+ hires assisted, and an average cost-per-hire reduction of roughly $4,500 for the organizations we work with. We sell on a SaaS-style, pay-per-job commercial model, backed by a 3-month pilot that lets prospects see real results before they sign anything long-term.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Originate new business primarily through outbound cold calling to HR and Talent Acquisition leaders and recruiters at mid-size and large companies
• Build genuine, lasting relationships with senior HR professionals and recruiting teams
• Run live product demos of the THEIA JOBS platform, both virtually and face-to-face
• Visit prospects in person across the South Florida market
• Represent THEIA JOBS at local HR industry events and conferences throughout Florida
• Own your pipeline from first call through close, using our track record and pilot program as your door-opener

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• A real sales drive: competitive, resilient, coachable, comfortable hearing "no" on the way to "yes"
• Strong verbal communication and presentation skills, you'll be running demos regularly
• Familiarity with, or genuine interest in, HRIS platforms, general HR processes and technology
• Based in South Florida, with the ability to travel locally for prospect visits and events
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a strong plus given our South Florida market
