What you´ll do:

• Hunt: build target lists of retail brokers and evaluation prop firms, run outreach, and originate new opportunities from scratch.
• Qualify prospects and book meetings with decision-makers across US and international time zones.
• Sit in on (and eventually lead) discovery calls, platform demos, and client meetings alongside senior reps.
• Own and grow the relationships you open — staying close to clients and spotting expansion opportunities.
• Learn the Blackarrow platform inside-out so you can speak credibly to firms and their traders.
• Represent Blackarrow at industry events, expos, and trading conferences.
• Work hand-in-hand with our Brazil-based product and sales teams, bridging time zones and feeding US market intelligence back to HQ.

What is important for the job:

• 1–3 years of experience in retail brokerage, prop trading, sales, or a markets-adjacent role.
• Genuine fluency in the retail trading world — how retail traders, brokers, and prop firms operate.
• A true hunter's mentality: self-starting, thick-skinned, organized, and energized by building a pipeline from zero.
• Strong communication skills and the confidence to talk to firm principals and product leaders.
