ROLE OVERVIEW:

The Leasing Manager drives the company's expansion by identifying, evaluating, and securing new retail locations while managing lease negotiations and building strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

MAIN ACTIVITIES:

  • Find properties according to company standards
  • Market & location analysis
  • Negotiation of lease contracts
  • Maintaining and building relationships with property owners, construction companies and real estate agencies
  • Competition analysis
  • Elaboration of market studies and strategy presentations
  • Preparation of the complete business plan in terms of market, location requirements, space configuration, financial and legal terms
  • Cooperation with the Technical Department and the Legal Department of the company
  • Analysis of the technical aspects of the site
  • Cooperation and communication with the corresponding department at the company headquarters in Poland

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Economics / Business Administration or related subject
  • Previous experience of more than 3 years, in a similar position
  • Work experience in a retail clothing company will be an added advantage
  • Excellent knowledge of the English language (oral & written communication)
  • Excellent PC knowledge (Ms Office) & experience using applications
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Flexibility, Adaptability & Team Spirit
  • Very good organizational and communication skills
  • Confidentiality and the ability to build trusting relationships
  • Very good time management and adherence to schedules and deadlines
  • High performance and results orientation
  • Ability to travel for professional purposes
