ManpowerGroup Greece, on behalf of a manufacturer of sanitary, heating, and installation products with a strong presence across European markets, is looking for an Area Sales Manager to join their team in Peloponnese.

📌 Location: Peloponnese, Greece

🖋️You will be reporting to: Country Manager

PURPOSE OF THE ROLE:The successful candidate will be responsible for developing sales activities, building long-term customer relationships, and expanding the company’s market presence within the assigned region.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Manage and grow relationships with distributors, wholesalers, and key clients
• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company targets
• Identify new business opportunities and market trends
• Conduct regular customer visits and business meetings
• Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and market analysis
• Negotiate commercial agreements and support contract management
• Coordinate closely with internal departments to ensure customer satisfaction QUALIFICATIONS & WORK EXPERIENCE:
• Proven experience in sales, preferably in sanitary ware, heating, plumbing, or construction-related industries
• Results-oriented mindset with strong business development skills
• Good knowledge of English (additional languages are considered an advantage)
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems
• Valid driving license and willingness to travel frequently
