- Identify and develop relationships with industry professionals within food and beverage distribution and/or cold storage sectors, leveraging market trends to generate new business opportunities
- Create and expand ARCO’s footprint and establish top of mind awareness
- Cultivate relationships with key stakeholders, including distributors and logistics providers to drive collaborative growth
- Develop and execute creative sales strategies to meet revenue goals, including being involved with proposals, contracts, and negotiations
- Stay ahead of trends in the food and beverage industry
- Work closely with internal teams to align business development strategies with our design-build capabilities and project execution goals
- Attend trade shows and association meetings to stay abreast of market conditions, competition, and establish relationships with new clients and prospects
- Travel as needed, up to 40%
- At least 5 years of experience in new business development, preferably focused on food and beverage distribution and/or cold storage sectors
- Bachelor's degree, preferably in Engineering, Construction Management, Supply Chain or a related field
- Understanding of cold chain logistics, energy-efficient systems, and emerging technologies
- Proven ability to identify opportunities, build strategic partnerships, and execute growth strategies
- Proficiency in CRM software preferred (e.g. Salesforce, Pipedrive, MS Dynamics)
