Responsibilities:
- Existing & New sales channel development: identify and open new sales channels.
- Lead & sell of new product introduction (NPI) activities in the country.
- Create and implement sales development in country.
- Market intelligence: collect data, analyse market dynamics, customer segments, and competitor positioning.
- Commercial negotiations: discuss and agree commercial terms, pricing, and partner programs to ensure profitable growth.
- Sales execution: build pipeline, drive deals from first contact to launch, and ensure achievement of sales targets.
- Inventory management and replenishment based on PSI/CPFR data together with central team
- Existing channel growth: develop and scale current partners: account plans, promotions, assortment expansion, sell-in/sell-out initiatives.
- Cross-functional collaboration: coordinate with product, marketing, logistics, and finance teams to ensure smooth launches and ongoing partner support.
- Reporting: maintain accurate forecasts, and performance reports.
Requirements:
- Successful experience in new sales channels development (consumer electronics, IT, gaming peripherals is a strong advantage).
- Strong understanding of how distribution and reseller ecosystems operate (retail, e-commerce, regional partners).
- Confident in negotiations, building long-term partnerships, and closing commercial agreements.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills; comfortable interacting with stakeholders at different levels.
- Self-driven, proactive, and result-oriented; able to work independently and deliver against KPIs.
- English proficiency;
- Willingness to travel when needed – within EU
