Business Development Manager-Graduate

As a Junior Business Development Graduate at DHL Supply Chain Hungary, you’ll begin building your commercial career in logistics. In a supportive, international team, you’ll gain hands-on experience developing customer relationships, identifying growth opportunities, and supporting innovative warehousing and supply chain solutions.

What will you do?

• Support business development activities to grow warehousing and supply chain opportunities.
• Identify potential customers and market opportunities.
• Build relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
• Assist with proposals, pricing, reporting, and business cases.
• Collaborate with operations teams on new projects and service improvements.
• Gain experience across the full business development process, including contracting and negotiations.

What are we looking for?

• Recent graduate (degree obtained within the last 12 months) – preferably in business, logistics, economics, or a related field
• Strong motivation to build a career in business development and sales within logistics
• Interest in supply chain, warehousing, and commercial operations
• Fluent English skills (spoken and written) – you’ll work in an international environment
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Analytical mindset and willingness to learn quickly
• Proactive attitude and confidence to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
