02 Projects (02PX) is a cinematic production company for those who enjoy doing. We make brand films, action and e-moto content, and narrative work for companies that want more than a commercial. Our dream client is any brand who inspires outdoor adventure.

Our belief is simple: brands should be building original IP and identity, not ads. That means world-building, origin stories, emotional storytelling, and real purpose behind the camera. It's why our work looks like a documentary or a feature.

Over the last three years we've helped define the visual language of the electric moto industry, and we're now expanding into premium brand films, automotive, and narrative features.

We're growing. We need someone whose entire job is finding the next great client.

The Role:

You are the front of the funnel. You find companies that should be working with us, get in front of the right person, and put qualified conversations on our calendar.

You are not cold-calling a list someone handed you. You're researching brands, understanding what they're trying to build, and reaching out with something worth reading.

Day to day, you'll:

• Build and own a target list across our core verticals — powersports and e-moto, automotive and dealer groups, action sports, outdoor and DTC consumer brands, and agencies looking for a production partner
• Run outbound across email, LinkedIn, and DM. Personalized and researched
• Qualify inbound inquiries so we only spend time on real opportunities
• Book discovery calls with our founder and producer, and prep them with context on who they're talking to
• Follow up relentlessly and intelligently... most of this job is the fifth touch, not the first
• Keep the pipeline organized and honest, so we always know what's real and what isn't
• Feed us intel: what's landing, what's dead, which verticals are hungry

Who this is for:

• You've done outbound before and you have results you can point to: agency, media, production, SaaS, or anywhere else you had to open doors from nothing
• You write well. Short, human, specific. You can make a stranger want to reply
• You do the research. You'd rather send fifteen sharp emails than three hundred generic ones
• You're self-directed. Nobody is going to check whether you started at 9
• You're comfortable with a long sales cycle and a high-ticket product. Our projects are five and six figures — one landed client changes your month
• You want to be paid on what you produce

Helpful, not required:

• An existing network in powersports, automotive, outdoor, or DTC
• Familiarity with how production and creative services actually get sold
• Genuine interest in film, moto, or action sports

Compensation

• Monthly base retainer
• Uncapped commission on every client you land
• Specific numbers discussed on the first call

We'd rather talk it through than post a range. If you're good, this pays well, and the ceiling is yours.
