We're looking for a relentless, high-energy Business Development Representative who isn't afraid of the phone and knows how to turn conversations into opportunities.

As a BDR, you'll help fuel growth across a portfolio of rapidly expanding companies by connecting with decision-makers, uncovering opportunities, and opening doors for our sales teams. Your success will be measured by your activity, appointments booked, and your ability to consistently outperform goals.

What You'll Own

🔥 High-volume outbound prospecting and cold calling

✔ Proven success in high-volume cold calling and appointment setting

✔ Confidence engaging executives and decision-makers

✔ Strong prospecting, research, and list-building skills

✔ Excellent communication skills and a polished phone presence

✔ Experience in outdoor living, home improvement, or distribution industries is a plus—but not required
