Key Responsibilities
Sales
- Business Development & Prospecting: Identify, qualify, and develop new business opportunities through outbound prospecting, networking, referrals, strategic partnerships, and inbound leads.
- Consultative Selling: Conduct discovery meetings to understand customer goals, business challenges, and customer experience initiatives, positioning ComOps as a trusted advisor.
- Sales Presentations & Demonstrations: Deliver tailored product demonstrations and presentations that clearly communicate the business value of ComOps' solutions.
- Pipeline Management: Manage opportunities throughout the sales cycle using CRM tools, maintaining accurate forecasts and pipeline visibility.
- Negotiation & Closing: Lead commercial discussions and successfully close new business while balancing customer needs with company objectives.
- Relationship Development: Build relationships with prospects, strategic partners, consultants, and industry associations to expand ComOps' presence and generate new opportunities.
Success
- Customer Relationships: Build trusted relationships with assigned customers and serve as a strategic advisor throughout their journey.
- Business Reviews: Conduct regular customer check-ins to ensure clients are achieving their desired business outcomes while identifying opportunities for expansion.
- Growth & Retention: Partner with Customer Success to support renewals, identify upsell opportunities, and maximize long-term customer value.
Skills, Qualifications, & Requirements
- 2–3 years of demonstrated success in consultative sales within the customer experience (CX) industry, preferably selling SaaS, technology, or other business solutions.
- Experience selling Customer Experience (CX), Voice of the Customer (VoC), Contact Center, AI, Employee Experience, or related software solutions is preferred.
- Experience with Medallia, Qualtrics, InMoment, Forsta, NICE, Verint, Zendesk, Salesforce, or similar platforms is a strong plus.
- Strong consultative selling, discovery, and relationship-building skills.
- Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills with the ability to communicate business value to decision makers.
- Self-motivated, organized, and comfortable managing multiple opportunities simultaneously.
- Experience using CRM and sales engagement platforms such as HubSpot, Monday.com, Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, or similar tools.
- Curious, coachable, and passionate about helping organizations improve customer and employee experiences.
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in business or related field
- Strong business acumen and presentation skills
- A passion for continuous learning and professional development.
- Exceptional executive presence, business acumen and presentation skills
Learning is critical at ComOps, so is teaching others.
Skills: Proficient in Microsoft applications, including PowerPoint and Word. Ability to learn Monday.com CRM.
Compensation: $68,000-$80,000 Base Salary | $152,000–$176,000 OTE
In addition to a competitive salary, ComOps offers employer-paid medical, dental, vision, and life insurance for team members; up to 10% discretionary bonus based on the annual performance of the company; a 3% employer 401(k) contribution; unlimited PTO subject to company policy; and phone, internet, and office-supply stipends.
Travel: Expected to be under 20% of schedule
