Job Overview
We are seeking a professional account executive to drive growth and to expand our market presence. In this role, you will identify new business opportunities, foster strong client relationships, and contribute to positioning our company as a leader in the industry. Your expertise in sales, negotiation and data-driven decision-making will be essential to achieving our growth objectives.
Duties
· Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research and networking efforts
· Represent the company to prospective customers, work in our booth at trade shows, and conduct facility tours
· Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients, partners, and industry stakeholders
· Lead sales negotiations ensuring mutually beneficial agreements that align with company goals
· Collaborate with the business development team to create targeted campaigns that generate leads and brand awareness
· Manage CRM (Customer Relationship Management) software to track prospects, sales activities, and client interactions
· Coordinate project management activities to ensure seamless onboarding of new clients and delivery of solutions
Requirements
· A Bachelor’s degree and 3-5 years of sales and marketing experience
· Experience with plastic injection molding
· Proficiency with CRM software for managing customer data and sales pipelines
· Excellent skills in sales, negotiation and project management
· The ability and desire to identify new opportunities, to form relationships, and to represent the company to prospective customers
· Strong communication skills, including both the written and spoken word
· Both personable and professional with a genuine personality who does not use excessive sales talk
· Ability to gather and analyze data and documentation, to prepare quotations, and to present thorough and detailed proposals
· An organized, resourceful, self-motivated problem-solver who does not require constant supervision and direction
