Responsibilities



  • Connect with local businesses to understand their needs and offer solutions
  • Build and maintain long-term client relationships
  • Prospect new opportunities and manage your pipeline (we'll show you how)
  • Deliver sales presentations and proposals with team support
  • Work toward achievable goals with coaching every step of the way
  • Represent HIG at local networking events



Qualifications



  • A positive, coachable attitude and genuine desire to learn
  • Strong communication and people skills
  • Self-motivation and a goal-oriented mindset
  • Reliability, professionalism, and a strong work ethic
  • A valid driver's license and reliable local transportation



Required Skills



  • Sales experience (retail, food service, hospitality, or B2B all count!)
  • Familiarity with the Elmira, NY market
  • Exposure to CRM tools like Salesforce or HubSpot
