Your responsibilities:
As a Sales Manager – France at Tour Partner Group, your key responsibilities will include:
- Develop and execute the sales strategy for France in alignment with company objectives.
- Deliver agreed sales targets, revenue budgets, and KPIs.
- Generate new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, trade fairs, and sales visits.
- Manage and grow key accounts within the market.
- Build strong relationships with tour operators, travel agencies, wholesalers, coach operators, and other strategic partners.
- Identify market trends and opportunities to drive growth.
- Collaborate with Operations and Contracting teams to ensure competitive and attractive product offerings.
- Maintain accurate pipeline and client information in the CRM system.
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations, workshops, and destination training.
- Represent Tour Partner Group at industry events, trade shows, and networking activities.
- Monitor competitor activity and provide market intelligence.
- Support the Director of Sales in forecasting and budget planning
- Proven experience in B2B travel sales, preferably within the tourism, DMC, tour operator, or hospitality industry.
- Strong understanding of the Nordic travel market and destinations, including Denmark, Norway, Sweden, Finland, Iceland, and the Faroe Islands.
- Knowledge of the French travel trade landscape and distribution channels.
- Fluency in French and English.
- Experience developing and managing key accounts.
- Strong commercial mindset with a proven track record of delivering revenue growth.
- Excellent presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to identify market trends and translate them into commercial opportunities.
- Self-driven, proactive, and results oriented.
- Willingness to travel regularly within France and the Nordics.

- High Season Period: Please note that during high season, the workload may be heavier, and overtime may be required. Overtime is compensated as time off in lieu.
