Business Development Manager/Director

Job Title: Business Development Manager (U.S. Market)

Key Responsibilities:

1. Drive sales and market penetration of the company’s products in designated U.S. regions, and take full ownership of sales results.
2. Develop and establish a robust regional distributor network in alignment with corporate strategy.
3. Maintain healthy and long-term customer relationships, fostering mutual growth between clients and the company.
4. Partner with retail field teams to increase product shelf presence and visibility at retail stores within the region.
5. Coordinate and monitor retail sell‑in and sell‑through performance to ensure healthy inventory turnover and consumer off-take.
6. Proactively identify market trends, customer needs, and competitive dynamics, and provide actionable insights on product and customer strategies.
7. Support and execute marketing campaigns and promotional activities in the region.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor’s degree or above.
2. Proficiency in English as a working language; valid U.S working visa and driver’s license.
3. Minimum 6 years of overall work experience, including at least 2 years in channel/distributor development for the electronic cigarette/vaping category in the U.S. market. Exceptional candidates with cross‑industry 2C business experience will also be considered.
4. Outgoing, approachable, and strong interpersonal skills.
5. Keen market sense and ability to identify industry trends.
6. Self‑motivated, results‑driven, and strong execution capabilities.
7. Proficient in Mandarin and Cantonese is an added advantage.
