Outside Sales Representative

No office, and no assigned territory. You work from home and sell in person - free to build (and keep) your book anywhere in the U.S. Because it's face-to-face, you'll naturally work your local market day to day, which is why we're hiring people based in and around the state of Ohio.

The comp, straight: this is a W2 role - full medical, dental, vision, and 401(k) - but there's no base salary; your income is 100% commission and residual. That combination is rare and it's deliberate: you get the benefits of an employee and the earning ceiling of an owner.

Base salary isn't standard here - but if you're an experienced agent bringing an existing book of business, we're open to structuring one. Let's talk.

Because the real prize isn't the commission. It's the book. Every merchant you sign adds to a residual portfolio that vests into an asset you own: yours to keep, leverage, or sell. Not company stock you forfeit the day you leave. Not a book a big processor can claw back. Once vested, it's yours.

WHAT YOU'LL EARN - AND WHAT WE WON'T PROMISE

- For most reps this is commission-only, with no base salary.

- Reps in the top 25% of activity targets typically earn $85,000–$115,000 in year one. Top 5% performers exceed $150,000.

- Earnings depend on your activity, your merchants' processing volume, and account retention. Some reps earn less. We'd rather tell you that now than have you find out in month three.

- Residual income continues for as long as your accounts stay on. That's the part that compounds.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

- Prospect and acquire new merchant clients (B2B) in your local market.

- Show business owners how dual pricing can eliminate their processing fees.

- Run product demos, close new accounts, and onboard merchants.

- Build and manage your own portfolio of ongoing accounts.

- Develop referral relationships with POS dealers, local partners, and business networks.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

- Self-motivated and comfortable self-sourcing. To be direct: no leads are provided. You build the pipeline. If that sentence worries you, this is not the right role and we'd rather you know now.

- Confident talking to business owners face to face.

- Outside sales, B2B, merchant services, or payroll experience preferred but not required.

- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
