Role Description This full-time, Business Development Representative role is based in the Greater Sydney Area. The position is responsible for driving new business opportunities, managing inbound and outbound sales activities, and nurturing relationships with existing and prospective clients. Day-to-day tasks include identifying and qualifying leads, conducting discovery calls, presenting EOS solutions, and coordinating with internal teams to develop tailored proposals. The role also involves maintaining accurate CRM records, preparing sales reports, and staying up to date on EOS products, partner offerings, and market trends. The Business Development Representative will collaborate closely with technical experts to ensure client needs are met and long-term partnerships are strengthened.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Inside Sales and Lead Generation skills, including prospecting, qualifying, and pipeline management.
• Candidates should possess excellent Communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at multiple levels.
• Candidates should possess proven Sales and Business Development skills (5+years industry experience) , including opportunity identification, negotiation, and closing.
• Experience in electronic security, IT, or technology distribution environments is highly beneficial.
• Proficiency with CRM tools, sales reporting, and basic MS Office or equivalent productivity software is preferred.
• Ability to work independently on-site while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.
