🚀 We're Hiring | Business Development Manager – Logistics | Sydney 🚀

📍 Location: Chipping Norton, Sydney (Office-Based)

🕒 Employment Type: Full-Time | Monday–Friday

BMOS is hiring on behalf of a fast-growing transport & logistics company in Sydney. We're looking for a results-driven Business Development Manager with a passion for winning new business and building long-term client relationships.

If you're a proactive sales professional with a hunter mindset and a proven ability to close high-value B2B deals, we'd love to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities

✅ Identify and acquire new B2B clients across retail, furniture, appliances, and related industries.

✅ Build and manage a healthy sales pipeline (2–3x target coverage).

✅ Conduct discovery meetings, prepare proposals, negotiate, and close new business opportunities.

✅ Maintain accurate CRM records and provide regular pipeline reporting.

✅ Ensure a seamless handover of new clients to the operations team.

What We're Looking For

✔️ 3–5 years of B2B sales experience (logistics or transport industry experience preferred).

✔️ Demonstrated success in new business development and client acquisition.

✔️ Strong pipeline management and consultative selling skills.

✔️ Ability to sell on value rather than price.

✔️ Must be based in Sydney and willing to work from our Chipping Norton office.
