Job Summary The Business Development Officer is responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and driving revenue growth. Key Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities through market research, networking, and prospecting
• Generate leads, follow up on prospects, and convert opportunities into sales
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients
• Prepare and deliver business proposals, presentations, and negotiations
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and successful deal execution
• Conduct market and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities
• Meet or exceed assigned sales targets and KPIs
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions
• Represent the company at meetings, exhibitions, and industry events
• Provide regular reports and feedback to management on business performance

Requirements & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field
• Proven experience as a Business Development Officer, Sales Executive, or similar role
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to build long-term business relationships
• Result-oriented with a strong drive to achieve targets
• Good understanding of sales processes and market dynamics
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools
• Excellent time management and organizational skills
