Business developer manager

We are currently looking for a Business Development Manager Senir to join our growing team in Bogotá, Colombia. This is a 100% on-site role, ideal for driven and ambitious professionals who are eager to grow within the OTC derivatives brokerage industry (FX/CFDs).

We are open to both junior and senior profiles, as long as candidates are passionate about partner acquisition, affiliate management, and building long-term relationships within a fast-paced, performance-driven

environment.

Key Responsibilities

Partner Acquisition & Business Development: Proactively acquire new partners and affiliates (IBs) through networking, referrals, and direct outreach. Identify, qualify, and onboard partners into the business. Build and expand a strong partner portfolio while driving consistent revenue growth.

Relationship Management & Partner Experience: Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with partners and affiliates. Provide ongoing support and guidance to help partners grow their business. Act as a trusted point of contact throughout the partner lifecycle.

Onboarding, KYC & Compliance: Support onboarding processes, including KYC and due diligence. Ensure all activities are aligned with internal policies and regulatory standards.

Internal Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams such as onboarding, compliance, dealing, and customer support to ensure smooth partner management and operational efficiency.

Market Representation: Represent the company in a professional and compliant manner at all times. Act as a brand ambassador when engaging with partners and external stakeholders.

Requirements

Proven experience in partner acquisition or affiliate management within FX, CFDs, or OTC derivatives. Existing network of partners or affiliates is highly valued. Strong track record working with a regulated brokerage. 3 years of working experience on the industry as minimum.

General Requirements

Knowledge of the FX/CFDs industry is required for all candidates. Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, or a related field is preferred. Fluency in Spanish and English (minimum B2–C1 level) is required. Portuguese is considered a strong advantage. Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills are essential, along with a high level of professionalism, integrity, and commitment.
