We are looking for a Business Development Specialist (BD) to drive the growth of our app ecosystem, specifically expanding watch apps for release on AppGallery, while ensuring an exceptional experience for published mobile applications.

📍 Role Details

• Position: BD (Business Development)
• Work Modality: On-site
• Schedule Flexibility: Occasional work after regular working hours required due to time zone differences.

🌟 Key Responsibilities

• Ecosystem Growth: Identify market trends and popular consumer apps to expand and onboard new watch apps onto AppGallery, directly supporting product sales.
• App Experience & Maintenance: Oversee and maintain the user experience of mobile apps already released in AppGallery to ensure smooth, issue-free operation.
• Partnership Management & Negotiation: Build strategic relationships, manage key stakeholders, negotiate commercial agreements, and foster win-win partnerships with external clients and executive leadership (CEOs/CTOs).
• Strategy & Competitor Insights: Analyze industry trends, evaluate market opportunities, and keep a sharp eye on competitive vendor landscapes to draft and execute actionable growth plans.
• Project Management & Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional internal departments to ensure projects are completed on time without risk.

🎯 Requirements & Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s degree or higher in Software Engineering, Electronic Computer Science, or a related field.
• Work Experience: 1–3 years of experience preferred, including:
• Software customer business development and commercialization cooperation.
• Software development or testing experience.
• Hands-on project management experience.
• Languages:
• Spanish & English: Fluent.
• Chinese: A plus / preferred.
• Core Competencies:
• Strong business acumen and strategy execution.
• Excellent communication skills for internal alignment and high-level external interactions.
• Proven ability in commercial negotiation, market analysis, and project management.
