Our client is a small, ambitious decarbonisation consultancy based in Ireland, using data analytics to help businesses cut energy spend and carbon emissions. They work with clients across hospitality, retail, real estate and manufacturing, and have built a strong track record of fast payback and measurable results. This is a modern, growing business with big plans, and now they need someone to drive that growth.

About the role

This is a newly created role focused entirely on commercial growth. You'll own the sales process end to end, from generating leads through to closing, along with the marketing activity that feeds your pipeline.

• Prospect and generate new business leads across target sectors
• Manage prospects through the sales process from first contact to close
• Own and grow the CRM pipeline in HubSpot
• Run LinkedIn and Google Ads campaigns to support lead generation
• Manage day to day marketing activity, keeping messaging sharp and consistent
• Build strong relationships with prospects and clients throughout the sales cycle
• Work closely with the owner to shape commercial strategy as the business scales

About you

• Proven experience in a BDM, sales or marketing role, ideally in energy, sustainability or a related B2B sector
• Confident managing a full sales cycle independently, from prospecting to close
• Comfortable using HubSpot, LinkedIn and Google Ads to drive results
• Self starter who thrives with autonomy in a small team
• Strong communicator who can build trust quickly with prospects and clients
• Genuinely motivated by sustainability and the energy transition
