Job Purpose
Drive export sales performance for AHM-developed ATV/SXS and Snow Blower products across assigned markets by partnering with global distributors to build demand, develop and execute profitable wholesale/production plans, and convert market needs into accurate forecasts, pricing actions, and sales orders that achieve AHM volume, revenue, and customer satisfaction targets.
Key Accountabilities
- Deliver wholesale (WS) volume and revenue targets across all assigned export markets by translating annual plans into country-level targets, monitoring performance, and executing corrective actions to close gaps.
- Build, develop, and manage the distributor and Genpo network within the assigned territory by assessing partner capability, aligning on business plans, and driving execution of sales, marketing, and aftersales initiatives that grow AHM-produced 4 Wheel and Snow Blower product share and volume.
- Provide regular market share, competitive, and commercial performance analysis for all assigned countries, including accurate sales reporting, key insights, and clear recommendations. Present consolidated updates to Department and Division leadership.
- Support export forecasting and planning for AHM-produced 4 Wheel and Snow Blower products by coordinating with Seihan and internal stakeholders to compile demand inputs, maintain allocation and production timing assumptions, and execute required planning processes (Tanki, N5, and sales planning) with high accuracy.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or related field preferred, or equivalent experience.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Three years of export sales, sales administration, and/or customer service experience with a Business, Finance, or Marketing degree.
- Six years of related experience without a degree.
- Knowledge of Powersports and/or Power Equipment products and industry preferred.
- Bilingual Spanish/English preferred.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- SAP and FieldLink experience preferred.
- Understanding of global markets with a focus on Latin America.
- Moderate to heavy mechanical comprehension.
