What You’ll Do

• Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients through a consultative, solutions-focused approach.
• Deliver engaging presentations and showcase our cutting-edge water and ice purification systems.
• Research and identify new potential clients to expand our reach within Tampa Bay.
• Make telephone calls and in-person visits to existing and prospective customers.
• Demonstrate water and ice machine solutions effectively, tailoring proposals to meet client needs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams like sales management, logistics, and technical services to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Achieve and exceed monthly sales goals, which are based on the number of units sold.
• Keep detailed records of client interactions and sales progress utilizing WCC’s CRM system.
• Stay informed on market trends, competitive activities, and new product developments to continually refine sales strategies.

What You Bring

• B2B sales experience is preferred, but not required; we are willing to train driven candidates who are passionate about starting a career in sales.
