Opportunity

We are looking for a highly driven, dedicated, and enthusiastic Business Development Manager to join our team in Sydney for Evoca Australia Pty Ltd.

Reporting directly to the General Manager, you will play a key role in driving business growth.

Your responsibilities will be

• Supporting both new and existing customers
• Generating leads and converting them into tangible sales aligned with business objectives
• Increasing market share and enhancing brand awareness across all distribution channels and networks

To be successful in this role you’ll need to have

• Experience in sales and business development.
• Highly motivated, self-driven, exceptionally organised
• Effective communicator, confident in engaging with stakeholders at all levels and capable of building and maintaining strong relationships with distributors and key accounts
• Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel

• Passion for coffee and a technical mindset
