Are you an ambitious Business Development professional looking to make an impact in the fast-growing clean energy sector?

We're recruiting for a Business Development Manager to join an innovative business specialising in Commercial & Industrial Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS). Working closely with the Managing Director and Senior BDM, you'll help drive business growth, develop new client relationships, and support businesses on their decarbonisation journey.

🔍 The Role

• 📈 Generate and qualify new business opportunities.
• 🤝 Build relationships with commercial and industrial customers.
• 📝 Prepare proposals and support customer meetings.
• 📊 Manage and develop the CRM pipeline.
• 📑 Coordinate tenders and bid submissions.
• 🌍 Represent the business at industry events and exhibitions.

✅ About You

• ✔️ 2+ years' B2B sales or business development experience.
• ✔️ CRM experience (HubSpot, Salesforce or similar).
• ✔️ Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• ✔️ Organised, proactive, and commercially driven.
• ✔️ Passion for renewable energy and sustainability.

Desirable: Experience within energy, renewables, EV charging, or energy efficiency.
