Join us as a Commercial HVAC Business Development Specialist and become the catalyst for expanding our footprint in heating, ventilation, and air conditioning. Operating in a fast-moving, remote sales environment, you’ll engage customers through direct and territory-based outreach, blending outside sales, account stewardship, and technical know‑how to close deals and nurture long-term partnerships.

What You’ll Do

  • Source net-new opportunities via targeted prospecting, cold outreach, and lead generation across assigned territories.
  • Own and grow existing accounts by crafting tailored HVAC solutions, elevating customer satisfaction, and upselling products and services to increase revenue.
  • Deliver product demonstrations and technical presentations that clearly explain HVAC system features, performance, and benefits.
  • Leverage CRM and sales management tools to track pipelines, document customer touchpoints, and analyze sales performance for continuous improvement.
  • Negotiate terms and close business efficiently while sustaining strong relationships through exceptional customer service.
  • Partner with marketing to launch focused campaigns that build brand awareness and create qualified opportunities.
