Position Summary
The Revenue Operations Manager is responsible for optimizing revenue generation across sales, marketing, and customer success. This role owns the go-to-market (GTM) operating engine—driving alignment, improving processes, managing systems, and delivering data-driven insights to accelerate predictable revenue growth. This role plays a key part in ensuring data accuracy, tracking key metrics, and providing insights that improve revenue efficiency and alignment between teams. This is a highly cross-functional role that partners with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Finance, and Leadership to improve performance, visibility, and scalability across the revenue funnel.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities
Revenue Strategy & Planning

Partner with GTM leadership to define and operationalize revenue targets, KPIs, and forecasting models

Support annual planning and goal setting

Develop scalable processes that support growth across verticals and market segments
Sales & Pipeline Operations

Own pipeline management processes, including pipeline/data hygiene and stage definitions

Identify and address pipeline gaps, conversion bottlenecks, and deal velocity issues

Establish and enforce deal qualification standards to support successful implementations, accelerate adoption, and promote ongoing success with LCPtracker by helping align customer needs, product fit, and solution scope prior to sale

Evaluate channel partnership attribution and partner performance
Marketing & Lead Management Alignment

Define and enforce lead lifecycle stages (MQL → SQL → Opportunity → Closed Won)

Analyze campaign performance and attribution to improve ROI and pipeline contribution

Analyze and report on lead performance by vertical and market segment
Customer Lifecycle & Expansion

Partner with Customer Success and Account Management to optimize renewal and expansion processes

Track and improve metrics such as retention, churn, LTV, and expansion revenue

Implement lifecycle programs to increase product adoption and upsell opportunities
Systems & Data Management

Ensure data integrity across systems, including account, lead/contact, and opportunity data

Build dashboards and reporting to provide real-time visibility into funnel performance
Analytics & Reporting

Deliver executive reporting on pipeline, bookings, ARR, CAC, and funnel conversion metrics

Identify trends and provide actionable insights to improve GTM efficiency

Support board-level and investor reporting as needed
Process Optimization & Enablement

Design and document scalable SOPs for sales, marketing, and CS processes

Lead or assist with playbook creation to support GTM efficiency and growth across Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success

Work Environment
This position performs its duties from the New Braunfels, TX office. The role operates in a professional office environment and routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, mobile devices, and related technology.
Physical Requirements
While performing the functions of this job, the employee is regularly required to sit; frequently required to talk and hear, use hands and fingers to type, scroll and use computer equipment. The employee is required to have close visual acuity to perform an activity such as preparing and analyzing data and figures; transcribing; viewing a computer and multiple screens; extensive reading; visual inspection of text/data in both print and electronic forms.
Position Type and Expected Hours of Work
This is a full-time exempt position. Days and hours worked are dependent on business needs and workload. General availability during regular business hours, Monday through Friday, is expected. Based on the candidate and /or position, a hybrid work arrangement may be considered; however, a minimum of three (3) or more days per week in the office is required to support executive collaboration, leadership presence, and cross-functional engagement. Some flexibility is allowed. Occasional evening and weekend work may be required as job duties demand.
Travel
There is no major travel requirement for this position. However, infrequent travel may be necessary to visit remote office(s), attend conferences/industry events, etc. Attendance at our corporate Staff Retreat is required. This event is a 2-3-day retreat. Attendance at our annual User Conference as assigned.
Salary Range
The salary range is $90,000.00 - $115,000.00 annually. Pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements dependent on the position offered. Details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an employee receives an offer of employment.

QualificationsEducation and Experience

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Analytics, Finance, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience)

5+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, Marketing Operations, or a related analytical role

Strong understanding of SaaS metrics (ARR, LTC/CAC, churn, NRR, etc.)

Salesforce experience as a business user (required), including reports and dashboards

Strong Excel or Google Sheets skills (formulas, pivot tables, data analysis)

Experience supporting CRM data integrity and reporting processes
