Business Development Specialist

We have a Business Development Specialist position available with our construction project management division at Watchdog USA in Philadelphia, PA.

We offer a high-level base salary range along with an uncapped commission structure.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

In this role, you will be prospecting & calling on key decision makers as well as scheduling client meetings to work towards winning new accounts.

DAILY DUTIES INCLUDE:

• Generate qualified leads through cold calling, emailing, and networking.
• Execute business to business proactive outreach to key hiring contacts.
• Maintain & add information to our company’s CRM of current & prospective clients.
• Work with internal marketing team to facilitate follow-up marketing materials.
• Create proposals, establish fees, & negotiate contracts.
