Hays is partnering with a fast-growing digital marketing organization that is expanding its sales team and looking for an ambitious Partnerships Manager to help drive growth and build lasting client relationships. You will be the first employee in Canada, but this is one of the largest organisations of it’s kind in Australia. They have already done a test case in the Canadian market, and the feedback has been outstanding. They are now ready to invest in you, to bring you up to speed on their products (widely used across Canada) and teach you how to sell this in the Canadian market. You will be a natural hunter type, self sufficient and really good at managing your own schedule.

Your New Role

• Building strategic partnerships with businesses across a variety of industries
• Managing the full sales cycle from prospecting through closing
• Leveraging both inbound leads and outbound business development efforts
• Developing long-term client relationships and identifying growth opportunities
• Working closely with internal sales, marketing, and account management teams to deliver exceptional results for clients
