Graduate Business Development Manager, TERRAPINN

Terrapinn is looking for exceptional graduates to join our new Graduate Sales Academy. Introducing Spark Something!

This isn't your typical graduate scheme. It's a real Business Development Manager role where you'll work on one of our global B2B events from day one.

Over six months, you'll receive structured training, coaching and hands-on experience while developing the commercial skills needed to build a successful career in sales.

If you successfully complete your six-month probation, you'll move into a permanent Business Development Manager role. Excellent spoken and written English is essential.

Fluency in German or Italian is welcomed but isn't essential. If you're ambitious, commercially minded and ready to challenge yourself, we'd love to hear from you!

03 | Resilience

Tell us about a time something you cared about didn't go to plan but you had to keep going anyway. What happened, how did you respond and what did you actually do the next morning?
