Role Description

This full-time, on-site Business Development Specialist position is based in Crystal Lake, IL. The role involves identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, generating leads, performing market research, and maintaining strong relationships with clients. The specialist will collaborate with the sales team, create strategies to drive revenue growth, and ensure exceptional customer service to meet and exceed business objectives.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical skills to assess data, trends, and key insights for informed decision-making
• Excellent communication and customer service skills to effectively engage with clients and team members
• Experience in lead generation and market research to identify and secure new business opportunities
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
• Proficiency in CRM software and tools is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred
• Previous experience in business development or sales is advantageous
