Salary: CAD $75,000, plus commissions ($140,000 to $160,000 OTE)
Contract: Full-time, permanent

Position Overview
You will play a pivotal role in driving our mission by activating wealth advisors within strategic partnerships and managing client acquisition from referred leads. You will work alongside a team of dedicated, high-performing professionals, making a tangible impact on the success of ClearEstate and the lives of families in need.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain relationships with strategic partners (financial advisors and credit unions) within the territories of West GTA + Midwest & Southern Ontario, through sustained outreach, field presence, presentations, and training on the ClearEstate offering.
- Achieve business growth by nurturing relationships and creating new ones.
- Promoting new and/or enhanced processes/tools.
- Educating on ClearEstate’s value proposition to existing/prospective partners and their clients.
- Escalating technical or complex requests to the appropriate Subject Matter Experts.
- Enable partner engagement by providing ongoing support, marketing tools, and content.
- Increase referral frequency and retention by fostering strong partnership relationships.
- Develop effective sales strategies to facilitate customer and partner expansion.
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams on brand and product development initiatives, and communicate key partnerships insights to improve the ClearEstate platform, solutions and service offering.
- Be the local expert for all aspects related to key partnership management and sales, and proactively identify and report any potential issues that may jeopardize the success of a partnership.
- Demonstrate and achieve sound knowledge of the Estate Planning and Settlement process.
- Be the subject matter expert for ClearEstate services to assigned partners.
- Own a personal quota within the assigned territory.
- Perform client consultations as required to support the primary consultation team.
- Flexibility to travel 6-10 days per month within your territory, to relevant conferences, or the MTL HQ.

- Must present oneself in a professional manner, in both appearance and communication style. Strong presentation skills are a must-have.
- Sales and/or business development experience.
- Experience in financial services, insurance, or asset management is a bonus.
- Must be comfortable with a hybrid role, and utilization/demonstration of technology solutions.
- An active listener, dedicated to best partnership practices.
- Competent in managing key partnerships and other stakeholders.
- You have a valid driver’s license.
- Bilingual (English and French) is an asset, but not required.
