About The Role

As a Business Development Manager - HPE, you will be responsible for growing the HPE business in Hungary. Working closely with HPE, partners, and internal teams, you will develop business opportunities, support partner engagement, and drive sales growth across the HPE portfolio.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys business development, partner management, and strategic sales, and wants to play an active role in expanding a leading software portfolio within the Hungarian market.

What You'll Do

• Develop and execute business growth plans for the HPE portfolio in Hungary.
• Build and manage relationships with HPE, partners, resellers, and key customers.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities and drive pipeline growth.
• Support partners with solution positioning, sales activities, and business planning.
• Collaborate with sales, marketing, and technical teams to increase market awareness and demand.
• Monitor pipeline, revenue, and business performance to achieve growth targets.

What We're Looking For

• Experience in business development, sales, channel management, or partner management within the IT industry.
• Knowledge of networking products (especially Juniper and Aruba), and HPE hardware products
• Strong commercial mindset with the ability to identify and develop new business opportunities.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Experience working with sales targets, forecasts, and business plans.
• Fluent Hungarian and English.
