Sales Executive – Freight Forwarding (Bucharest / Constanța)

Are you an experienced Sales Executive with a background in Freight Forwarding and a passion for building strong client relationships? We're partnering with an international logistics company that is expanding its commercial team in Romania and is looking for ambitious professionals ready to make an impact.

Bucharest – Remote

• Minimum 3 years of sales experience in Freight Forwarding is required.

Constanța – On-site

• Open to candidates with 2–3 years of experience in Freight Forwarding, including professionals from operations who are looking to transition into a sales career.

What you'll do

• Develop new business opportunities and expand the company's customer portfolio.
• Manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting to closing deals.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers.
• Leverage your existing network and identify new commercial opportunities.
• Collaborate closely with internal operational teams to ensure excellent service delivery.
• Work alongside colleagues from both Romania and international offices.
• Contribute to the company's commercial growth strategy.

What we're looking for

• Experience within the Freight Forwarding industry.
• Strong commercial mindset and excellent negotiation skills.
• Ability to identify and develop new business opportunities.
• Good English communication skills.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented.
• Existing client portfolio is considered a strong advantage.
