Business Development/Sales Representative, Romania | Fleet & Logistics SaaS (TMS)

The Opportunity

We are looking for a well-connected Sales Representative to drive TicTruck’s market entry in Romania.

You will generate and qualify leads among Romanian transport and logistics companies, activate your existing industry network, and represent TicTruck at leading industry events and expos in Romania (including TransLogistica Romania in Bucharest). You will work directly with our executive team, with full marketing, technical and product support behind you.

The Company

TicTruck.io is a cloud-based Transportation Management System (TMS) built on 15 years of product development and serving 200+ active enterprise accounts. Our platform automates over 80% of the manual work in transport operations, dispatching, driver management with a dedicated driver app, documentation and billing, on secure, scalable AWS infrastructure, certified ISO 27001 and ISO/IEC 27701. As we expand across Europe, Romania, one of the continent’s most dynamic road-transport markets, is our next strategic market.

Responsibilities - What You Will Do

• Build, qualify and manage a pipeline of leads among fleet operators and logistics companies.
• Leverage your existing network of industry contacts to open doors, introducing TicTruck as a new solution or as a superior replacement for an existing system.
• Represent TicTruck at conferences, expos and industry events across Romania.
• Deliver first-line product presentations, with full demo support from our HQ team.
• Provide structured market feedback to our product team (localization, regulation, integrations).

Qualifications - What You Bring (Required)

• Proven hands-on experience in the logistics / road-transport industry, in sales or in the implementation of fleet-related systems (software or hardware).
• An active, relevant network of fleet operators, transport managers or industry decision-makers in Romania.
• Romanian at native level and very high proficiency in English (speaking, reading, writing), all internal communication, training and reporting are conducted in English.
• Availability for domestic travel and on-site presence at industry events.

Strong Advantage

• Experience with vehicle-safety or telematics systems, e.g. Mobileye / ADAS, advanced braking systems, GPS tracking, anti-theft and accident-prevention solutions (global or local providers).
• Familiarity with TMS / fleet-management software; experience in SaaS or technology sales; CRM experience.

Compensation combining a fixed monthly base with success-based commissions tied to agreed quotas. Full details of the compensation plan are discussed at advanced stages of the process.
