ELDRIVE is continuously expanding its charging network across major cities, motorways, and key transport routes throughout Romania, Bulgaria, and Lithuania.
Our smart platform connects and manages all key stakeholders within the electric mobility ecosystem, providing integrated services across the entire EV charging value chain.
The Expansion Agent is responsible for supporting the growth of ELDRIVE's EV charging network by identifying and securing new locations and business partners. This role combines business development, B2B sales, and project coordination to drive the company's expansion strategy.
Responsibilities:
- Identify suitable locations for the installation of EV charging stations, including shopping centres, fuel stations, hotels, office buildings, residential developments, parking facilities, and public institutions.
- Present ELDRIVE's partnership model and its benefits, including the company's end-to-end responsibility for the design, installation, operation, and maintenance of charging infrastructure.
- Conduct preliminary site assessments, evaluating accessibility, parking capacity, and available electrical infrastructure.
- Collaborate closely with the technical, legal, and implementation teams to ensure the successful delivery of expansion projects.
- Monitor market trends and identify high-potential areas for network expansion.
- Collect and analyse customer feedback and competitive markets.
- Prepare and deliver presentations to prospective clients and business partners.
- Identify and develop relationships with fleet operators while managing customer relationships throughout the entire contract lifecycle.
Required Qualifications and Skills
- Previous experience in B2B sales and/or business development.
- Excellent negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
- Strong ability to build and maintain long-term business relationships.
- Highly organised, self-motivated, and results-oriented.
- Valid Category B driving licence and willingness to travel.
- Experience in the energy, real estate, or electric mobility sectors is considered an advantage.
- Excellent English, with strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
