Build Something Bigger in Australia's Manufacturing Heartland
The Opportunity
You know that feeling when you walk past a major infrastructure project, data centre, or manufacturing facility and think about the thousands of components that make it work? We make the critical hardware that keeps electrical switchboards and industrial enclosures secure and accessible worldwide. And we're ready to write our next chapter in Australia.
As our Business Development Manager – QLD, you won't just be filling a pipeline. You'll be architecting market penetration, building strategic relationships that matter, and establishing us as the go-to partner for manufacturers who demand reliability at scale.
Who We Are
EMKA Beschlagteile is a global manufacturer and market-leading supplier of industrial access hardware – the locks, latches, hinges, and sealing systems that protect critical electrical infrastructure. From switchboard manufacturers to sheet metal fabricators, our customers rely on us when failure isn't an option.
Our advantage? Engineering excellence, global reach, and a track record of solving problems others can't. Now we're investing heavily in the Australian market, and we need someone exceptional to lead the charge.
What You'll Actually Do
- Own the Australian growth strategy: identify high-value accounts, develop market entry plans, and execute with precision

- Collaborate globally: leverage international expertise, product development teams, and supply chain resources
- Hunt and harvest: balance new business development with nurturing strategic accounts for long-term value
- Stay ahead: track industry trends, competitive movements, and emerging opportunities in industrial manufacturing
