What we're looking for:

• Proven experience as a Business Manager in an IT consulting company;
• Strong track record in business development, client management, and achieving sustainable growth;
• Ability to identify new business opportunities and implement effective growth strategies;
• Experience managing the full business cycle, including client acquisition, account management, and team growth;
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills;
• Ability to adapt and solve problems in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
